All efforts have been made to ensure that this website conforms to the accessibility requirements and recommendations of the Governance Website Standards Version 3.0 and to ensure that the website caters for individuals with specific disabilities.

To access this website in order submit an FOI Request or lodge a complaint related to a previous request you need to have an electronic identity. The electronic identity (e-ID) offers you a simple method of identification and authentication to be able to have access to online Public Services.

Applying for an e-ID is a simple and easy process which needs to be done through a face-to-face registration at the e-ID Registration Office in Gattard House, Triq Nazzjonali, Blata l-Bajda, Malta or in St. Francis Square, Rabat Gozo.

FOI Requests and complaints may also be submitted manually by downloading the forms from the Downloads Section.
